| HVDC compatible - DC 380V | Distribution board for DC use

This is a distribution board compatible with high voltage direct current power supply systems, a new trend in power supply in data centers.

The HVDC-SVU is a new trend in power supply for data centers, a direct current distribution board designed for high voltage direct current power supply systems (DC380V). 【Three Key Points】 1. This distribution board supports the new power supply system "HVDC," which reduces power consumption and switching losses. Our unique "SVU structure" simplifies the interior of the board, preventing wiring errors. Additionally, by shortening the length of the wiring, we have successfully suppressed internal voltage drops and reduced the amount of copper used, thereby improving environmental performance. 2. It can accommodate up to 84 compact plug-in circuit breakers compatible with DC 380V, maximizing the use of rack space. Even if the load equipment changes, circuit breakers can be replaced or added without stopping the operation of the entire board, allowing for continuous use of the equipment. 3. By using our product "iDC-SVS4," direct current can be measured, achieving cost reduction, improved maintainability, and environmentally conscious operations. It allows for monitoring the current of each circuit breaker, enabling rapid identification of problem areas in the event of anomalies or failures, minimizing damage and contributing to the construction of a safe data center.

Economic & Space-Saving | Power Distribution Panel for Data Centers PDP / PDF

This AC power distribution panel for data centers features a new single-phase plug-in type compact breaker, offering excellent cost efficiency and space-saving design.

The SVU-CB is a compact type plug-in breaker designed for data center AC distribution boards. Its structure allows for the installation of more breakers (compared to our products) in a single panel, making it excellent for space-saving. 【Three Key Points】 1. By adopting our unique SVU structure and compact breakers, it is possible to install up to 20 more breakers compared to our product SVU-ST. This allows for a lower price per branch due to the higher number of breakers that can be installed in a single distribution board. 2. Since a single distribution board can accommodate many branch breakers, it reduces the occupied space of this product, effectively utilizing the limited rack space within data centers. 3. Our unique SVU structure achieves short-circuit selective coordination of 35kA. In the event of a significant short-circuit accident, it maintains power supply to healthy circuits, contributing to reliable data center operations. It is also possible to ship and retrofit various sensors from our company! The "visualization of energy consumption" and "temperature and humidity management" of the distribution board can be comprehensively solved with Hexacore.

| Environmental Consideration and Safety ◎ | Distribution Board for Data Centers SVU Series

Introducing a data center AC distribution board that adopts a unique "SVU structure" with excellent environmental consideration, safety, and workability.

What is SVU Structure? The basic unit, called Smart Vertical Unit (SVU), consists of four breakers (with the same frame capacity and number of poles) and output terminal blocks arranged vertically for each phase, wired from input to output. The structure of the distribution board, which combines these units horizontally, is referred to as SVU structure. Four Key Points: 1. By modularizing, we reduce wiring length by approximately 48% compared to our conventional products. This allows us to provide environmentally friendly products by reducing raw material usage. 2. Since the output terminal blocks of the same phase are adjacent, the risk of short circuits during output cable work is significantly reduced. Additionally, there is no need to bend the output cables, which improves wiring work efficiency. 3. It is possible to mix breakers with different frame capacities and numbers of poles at the unit level. The adoption of plug-in breakers allows for flexible changes to breakers without turning off the power. 4. By equipping our monitoring products (available for both pre-installed and retrofitting), you can start visualizing the energy consumption of the distribution board being used. (Note: The installation of monitoring products is optional.)
